Piling and marine construction in challenging locations can require lateral thinking to get the job done safely and on time. Working closely with our client Red7Marine and the jackup manufacturer Combifloat, MintMech developed a temporary exoskeleton structure that increased the loading holding performance of a compact jackup barge. This allowed practical manoeuvrability needed for the project, yet permitted the handling of the significant loads needed to complete piling and construction phase.
