Containerised solutions

A way of working as a product, engineering capability packaged into a container footprint, so it mobilises fast, deploys on most vessels and removes cleanly.

Containerised mixing and pumping plant

Deck space, vessel modification and mobilisation time are expensive. Wherever it makes sense, we package our systems into standard ISO container footprints, self-contained, sea-fastenable, plug-and-play, so capability can be added to a vessel quickly, repositioned as a campaign changes and removed when it’s done, without permanent modification. It’s a building block that runs through much of what we design, not a single product.

What “containerised” buys you

  • Fast mobilisation – a defined footprint and simple sea-fastenings mean less deck engineering and less time alongside.
  • Deploys on most vessels – vessel-of-opportunity friendly; capability isn’t tied to a purpose-built deck.
  • Self-contained – power, controls, instrumentation and safety integrated into the package.
  • Reconfigurable & removable – repositioned on deck or demobilised without permanent modification to the vessel.

Our containerised range

The approach shows up across the catalogue, among others: the Cranetainer (crane/handling base in a container footprint), the electric mud pumping skid and RapiMud 600 mixing system, the container-mobilisable iron roughneck, the 5t DNV LARS (a full launch-and-recovery system in a 20ft envelope), containerised HPUs, and the automated marine drill’s containerised power and mud systems.
