Electric mud pumping skid
A self-contained, VFD-controlled electric pumping spread for topside mud supply to a subsea drill.

a subsea-drill topside mud system, this is a compact, fully electric pumping skid: a VFD-driven motor coupled to a triple-piston pump on a bespoke frame, with suction straining, instrumentation and the interlocks that keep it safe in service. It runs in constant flow mode or automatically pumping on demand when the subsea system calls for it
| Drive | 22 kW electric motor, VFD speed control (variable flow); 440 V 3-phase, 50/60 Hz |
|---|---|
| Pump | Triple-piston (220 cc) pump via flexible coupling |
| Flow | 33–162 L/min (VFD-controlled) |
| Pressure | 50 bar electrical cut-out (over-pressure protected) |
