Fluid handling, mixing & pumping systems
System-level performance, not pump selection in isolation.

We design and supply fluid handling, mixing and pumping systems for offshore, marine and heavy-industrial duties, from general pumping to specialist systems handling mud, slurry and solids-laden fluids where wear, reliability and predictable behaviour are critical. The focus is system-level performance: mechanical layout, hydraulics, controls, instrumentation and protection integrated into a stable, maintainable installation.
Pumping & mud systems
Water transfer and circulation, process fluids, dewatering, slurry and dredge duties and abrasive transfer. Complete mud-mixing systems, venturi and colloidal mixers, fully automated mud production, weighted mud and high-density spreads, engineered for predictable rheology and repeatable performance. Our RapiMud 600 product delivers automated, controlled mud production at 600 litres per minute.
Airlifting & reverse circulation
We design and assess airlifting and reverse-circulation systems for spoil removal. These look simple, but are governed by multiphase flow, downstream resistance and installation constraints We evaluate geometry, air delivery, routing and separation together, including downstream back-pressure effects that can stall a nominally viable system. See our airlifting system page for how it works and the typical risks.
Dredging & spoil handling, solids separation
Beyond getting spoil out of the hole, we design and supply the equipment that moves, lifts and separates it, the complete spoil-handling and solids-separation chain:
- Dredging heads & spoil handling systems – cutting and suction heads and the spoil-handling spread that conveys excavated material away, engineered for the duty and the abrasive wear it sees.
- Large-capacity eductors – jet eductors for moving high-volume slurries carrying entrained solids, where a conventional pump would clog or wear out – using a driving jet to entrain and transport the slurry with no moving parts in the solids path.
- Hydrocyclones – for separating solids from the slurry by size and density, cleaning the circulating fluid and recovering or classifying the solids.
- Shaker tables – vibrating screen separation to take coarse solids out of the returns, the front line of a solids-control spread.
Specified together, these turn a spoil stream into a managed, separated and recoverable flow, relevant to drilling, dredging and mineral-processing duties alike.
