Cornwall
Made in Cornwall
High-skill engineering, kept in the region – and increasingly, exactly what clients are asking for.

Cornwall has deep engineering roots, from the steam engines that powered the Industrial Revolution to today’s critical-minerals and renewable-energy work. We’re part of that continuity. Our facility is in Penryn, our supply chain is largely local and the wealth and the high-skill jobs stay in the county.
Local supply chain, real benefit
When we built the first offshore-wind-specific system of its kind to be manufactured in Cornwall – a bespoke 30-tonne pipe handling system and gantry crane – most of the work happened within about eight miles of our facility, using a network of top-quality Cornish businesses and tradespeople. That’s not sentiment; it’s a strong local supply chain that lets us source exactly the quality and speed a job needs, while supporting professional, high-skilled employment in the region.
Why it matters commercially
Supply-chain localisation has moved from a nice-to-have to a tender criterion, particularly in offshore wind. Developers and Tier-1 contractors increasingly need to demonstrate UK and regional content. Working with us is a credible, demonstrable way to deliver it – high-value work done locally, not money moved between large companies.
Developed with support
Our facility was developed in Cornwall with support from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund – part of a wider commitment to keeping specialist engineering capability, and the careers that go with it, in the South West.
