Specialist equipment is only as good as the support behind it. We keep offshore, marine and industrial equipment running through spares supply, technical procurement and in-house service and remanufacture, for our own equipment and for kit we didn’t originally build. It’s the aftermarket side of single-party accountability: the same engineering judgement that designs a system also keeps it working.
Spares packages & technical procurement
We supply spares packages matched to the equipment and the operation, from a critical-spares kit that minimises downtime offshore (we’ll define the items, quantities and lead times) to one-off replacements. Our technical procurement service takes the engineering burden off the client: we identify the right component, source it through our trusted UK and international supplier network, verify it meets the specification and handle inspection, certification and documentation. You get the correct part, to the right standard.
Service, remanufacture & repair
We service, overhaul and manufacture equipment in our Penryn workshops, strip-down, inspection, repair or replacement of worn components, reassembly, function testing and recertification. Bringing equipment back to a controlled, known condition is exactly what our facility is set up to do and it means a piece of kit can be returned to service rather than replaced.
Redesigned, not just replaced
A failed or worn part is also an opportunity to improve it. We frequently redesign spare parts to last longer or to better suit the client’s actual duty, upgrading materials, geometry or wear surfaces so the replacement outperforms the original. Where a component keeps failing, we find out why and engineer it out. This is one of the clearest places our design capability adds value to the aftermarket.
Stock holding
We often hold stock of a range of hydraulic winches, hydraulic power units (HPUs) and other machinery, so suitable equipment can be made available quickly for a project, whether for purchase, rental or as the basis of a configured solution. Ask us what’s available.
