Marine construction solutions

Drilled foundations, piling, pile gates, handling and temporary works, designed, integrated and commissioned under single-party accountability.

Marine construction couples drilling, piling, lifting, seafastening and temporary works into one campaign, often in difficult ground and tight weather windows. We bring those threads together: the foundation drilling and pile-installation systems, the gates and handling tools that make piling safe and repeatable and the temporary works that hold it all on deck. Each offering below is a capability in its own right; together they let a contractor run a coherent method with fewer interfaces.

Phase 1 hub, each block expands into its own detailed page as datasheets and proof are added. The first three already have full pages.

Foundation drilling & piling

  • Large Diameter Drilling – converting a floating geotechnical drilling vessel into a large-diameter drilling and pile-installation system, reaching ground and water depths beyond jack-ups and hammers. Full page →
  • Subsea Pile Installation & Drilled Sockets – drilled-and-grouted foundation piles installed from a floating vessel, vertical or raked, in hard rock or unstable soft ground. Full page →
  • Subsea piling templates & levelling – templates, guides and levelling systems for accurate, repeatable pile and jacket positioning on the seabed. Full page →
  • Grouting seals – seals that contain grout in the pile-to-socket annulus so a sound, load-bearing connection can be formed and verified.
  • Grout pumping & methodology – grout delivery systems and the engineered approach to mixing, pumping and confirming a complete annulus fill.
  • Jacket installation support – installation engineering and tooling for pinned-jacket foundations, including levelling and stabbing aids.
  • Capability span – from XL 6 m+ diameter monopiles through to sheet piling, matched to ground and vessel.

Pile gates, handling & access

  • Pile Gates – multilevel-access and gripper pile gates that restrain and guide piles during installation. Full page →
  • Pile handling – rollover frames & lifting tools – equipment to upend, present and control piles and bottom-hole assemblies safely on deck.
  • Adjustable pile rake hangers – setting and holding raked piles to the required angle during installation.

Temporary works & seafastening

  • Seafastening & deck spreads – design of seafastening, grillages and deck layouts that keep simultaneous operations workable and the spread safe.
  • Crane mats & temporary works – load-spreading and temporary structures engineered to the deck and the duty.
  • Complex sea fastening design & installation – for awkward, high-value or motion-sensitive cargoes, with class and marine-warranty-surveyor liaison.
  • Marine construction method development – feasibility, sequence and option studies that define a buildable, low-risk basis of execution.
