Grout pumping & methodology
Getting the right grout, in full, to the right place and confirming it, for a load-bearing connection.

Forming a sound grouted connection is as much about how the grout is mixed, delivered and confirmed as about the grout itself. We engineer the grouting approach as part of the pile-installation system: the delivery spread that mixes and pumps the grout, the route into the annulus and the engineered methodology that confirms a complete, continuous fill. The aim is a connection that matches the design and can be demonstrated to do so, not one that is assumed.
What we engineer
- Grout delivery spread – mixing and pumping equipment sized to the annulus volume, the grout and the required placement rate.
- Delivery into the annulus – the route and arrangement that places grout from the bottom up for a continuous fill, working with the grouting seals that contain it.
- Fill confirmation – an engineered approach to confirming a complete annulus fill, so the as-built connection can be verified.
- System integration – designed with the drilling, pile-handling and seal arrangements so grouting is a planned step.
Because the connection is load-bearing, we treat grouting with the same rigour as the rest of the foundation system, designed, integrated and commissioned under single-party accountability.
