Much of the jack-up fleet is held back by short-stroke or manually-valved jacking, dated control and equipment that no longer meets the duty or the standards. Rather than replace a serviceable barge, we take it from audit through to a coherent upgrade, improving the jacking, the control and the deck capability on the existing asset and re-certifying the result.
