Not just a cylinder, a complete, engineered cylinder package, specified and sized exactly to your duty, available as a class-approved system.
Anyone can sell you a hydraulic cylinder. We supply the engineering around it. We specify, size and deliver complete cylinder packages matched precisely to your application, the right bore, rod, stroke, materials, mountings, cushioning, sensing and end fittings for the loads, environment and duty cycle required. The result is a cylinder that fits the job and the system it works in, not a catalogue part you have to design around.
What “complete package” means
- Specified and sized to duty – we derive the load cases, size bore and rod, run buckling analysis where the duty demands it and select pressures and speeds to suit – so the cylinder is right first time.
- Engineered for the environment – offshore-marine materials and coatings (e.g. corrosion-resistant rod steels with nickel/hard-chrome or ceramic surfaces), seals and protection chosen for the service.
- Integrated, not isolated – designed with the manifold, load-holding, sensing and control that make it work safely in the wider system, including position feedback where needed.
- Class-approved systems – supplied with certification and a calculation pack to suit the project (DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas and ABS), with FAT before delivery.
