Manifold assemblies – designed, manufactured and tested to suit the duty

A manifold is where a hydraulic system’s logic lives, the block that routes flow, holds the valves and makes the circuit behave safely under load and under fault. We design and supply hydraulic manifolds across the full range, from large multi-function control blocks at the heart of a drilling or lifting spread to small, compact units that drive a single actuator. Because we engineer the circuit, the block and the valve selection together and against the machine they serve, the manifold arrives as a proven, documented assembly, not a drilling of a block someone else has to make work.

What we design and build

• Large, complex control manifolds – multi-function blocks integrating directional, proportional, flow-control and load-holding functions for hoist, feed, jacking and similar high-load circuits, with the redundancy and protection the duty demands.
• Small, compact units – minimal-footprint manifolds for a single function or a tight installation envelope, where space, weight and simplicity drive the design.
• Cartridge and proportional valve integration – screw-in cartridge valves, proportional valves (with the appropriate control signal), poppet and flow-control valves selected and arranged for the circuit, with adaptor blocks where a cartridge interface needs adapting.
• Solenoid and control interface – solenoid valves to a consistent coil specification, and proportional control wired to the machine’s control system, so the manifold behaves predictably across its operating range.
• Test points, drains and serviceability – pressure test points on the key ports, drain provisions and accessible service connections designed in, so the unit can be commissioned, monitored and maintained without rework.
• Documentation package – hydraulic-circuit schematic, general-arrangement drawing, 3D model and an inspection & test plan delivered with the manifold, so it is traceable and verifiable.

How we deliver it

We design the circuit and the block in-house, manage machining and manufacture through our specialist supplier network, then assemble, flush, function-test and pressure-test the manifold before it ships, including factory acceptance testing where the project requires it. Where you already have a circuit, we will build and test to it; where you have a function and a duty, we will design the circuit and the block to suit. New-build, like-for-like replacement or re-engineering an existing manifold that is not performing, all under single-party accountability.
