RapiMud™
A high-performance automatic offshore specific drilling fluid mixing system, controlled, repeatable mud at a guaranteed consistency, in two output sizes.
RapiMud combines a robust mechanical design with an intuitive PLC/HMI control system to produce high-quality drilling fluid at a guaranteed consistency, mixing-run after mixing-run. It takes the manual variability out of mud production and packages the whole process, sack handling, mixing, pumping, instrumentation and control, into one containerised system. It comes in two standard sizes – RapiMud 300 and RapiMud 600, so the mixing rate is matched to the drilling spread rather than over- or under-sized.

Both sizes share the same architecture, controls and containerised format, the 300 is the compact, lower-output sibling of the 600.
What it does
- Automated, repeatable production – sack-tip station, flexi screw feeder and venturi mixing into dual agitated tanks deliver consistent fluid without hand-batching.
- Intuitive PLC/HMI control – select product, mix ratio, source, destination, tank and pump; screw-feeder speed control; alarm and fault logging; pump run-time logging; system mimic screen.
- Self-cleaning hoppers – venturi hoppers with air-cannon reverse-jet filter cleaning.
- Containerised – supplied as a containerised system (or integrated into a containerised mud-pumping spread), with electrical, air and water service connections.
